some points that came out of community meeting regarding Rochester 18

Just came from the meeting at the Flying Squirrel, and am beginning this thread as a resource e-mail list for participants and supporters to receive information, and continue to come out in support of the folks who marched and were arrested at yesterdays anti-capitalist march.

From this meeting:

-- Everyone was finally released/bailed out by ~3pm.

-- A short press release was drafted by a few people who were there and who were arrested, describing the march and violent arrests, which will be sent out to various media outlets.

--(Most?) Everyone who was arrested has to appear at court at 9:30am tomorrow, so there will be a 9am press event/rally in front of the courthouse Monday morning.  A few people who were arrested are being selected to speak to press.  Please come out to support those arrested and to stand against unprovoked police brutality and violence!

--Shortly after the meeting, Channel 8 also came and interviewed a few of the people who had been arrested.
