SUITE 290 ROCHESTER, NEW YORK, 14624--however that is only a mailbox at a UPS store.&nbsp; According to the New York Department of State, Sure Luck Homes 017, is simply one of 28 shell companies created by the owner to protect indentity and assests for single entity real estate deals.&nbsp; In other words there are literally 28 Sure Luck Homes (i.e., Sure Luck Homes 01, Sure Luck Homes 02, ....
