A gang of queers and anti-fascists canceled a National Socialist Movement protest of Albany's Capital Pride.

RICO LAWS? PROVE IT!!

On April 27, 2009, a number of people were arrested in Rochester, New York and charged under the RICO statute for alleged crimes.

Those arrested are facing long prison sentences under the RICO law, including 10 - 20 years to LIFE.

THERE ARE TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY.

There is no such organization/enterprise as the ‘Chain Gang or ‘Wolf Pack’ gang, and no factual basis or foundation to support racketeering charges; as a result, the use of the RICO statute is unfounded and unconstitutional.

Day of Action for Troy Davis

On Tuesday, May 19, in solidarity with Amnesty International’s Global Day of Action for Troy Davis, Rochester’s Judicial Process Commission sponsored a noontime vigil on Exchange Street in front of the Hall of Justice. Approximately thirty people gathered with signs and t-shirts that denounce the inhumanity of the Death Penalty and call for justice for one Georgia Death Row prisoner in particular, Troy Davis.

PRESIDENT OBAMA DID NOT CREATE THIS MESS, SO LETS ALL PRAY FOR HIS SUCCESS !!!

His 30-day stay issued by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals expires on May 15th; and Georgia may well execute him by the end of the month.

If you can make a "save Troy Davis" sign, please do so.
The anti death penalty vigil was a monthly activity of the Judicial Process Commission for almost twelve years, but was suspended when the NYS courts found our capital punishment legislation unconstitutional.
