Alex White Announces Run for Mayor

Loud cars, high winds and falling water from melting snow on the roof of City Hall couldn't muffle Alex White's announcement that he intends to run once again for Mayor of Rochester NY. One of the issues he is challenging is how we police the city. White last ran for Mayor in 2008 and for City Council in 2010.
