Indy TV #18: Celia Kutz of the RNC Welcoming Committee

It turns out Celia is from our area and stopped by for a visit in October. <p /> As many of our readers/ viewers know, the RNC Welcoming committee was the target of pre-emptive raids and trumped up charges by law enforcement.
