Demonstrators gather outside of the Monroe County Republican Committee headquarters on State Street on August 30, just as Presidential nominee Mitt Romney makes his acceptance speech at the national convention. Many believe that economic proposals championed by Romney and running mate Paul Ryan would be detrimental to working families, union members, children, the poor and the environment.
