Video: Woman Evicted From Home in Rochester, NY

Virginia Henry was evicted from her home on 7/21/11 after receiving a 72 hour notice. Ms. Henry claims Rochester Police threw her to the ground and arrested her for trespassing after she refused to leave her premises. Many of the same people and corporations involved in this eviction were also involved in the Catherine Lennon eviction. Some are under investigation by the NYS Attorney General and DOJ. When Rochester Indy Media and supporters arrived to film police were called. Ryan Acuff from Take Back the Land Rochester had police called on him when he went to inquire for Ms. Henry about her belongings.
