Chief Sheppard admits that animal control officers (RPD members) knowingly left 2 dogs in a truck with no A/C for 70 minutes on a 94-degree day! Both dogs died.
More corruption with the Rochester Police Department! When an owner of two pug dogs learned that animal control officers had picked up her dogs, she went to the pound to get them; there she learned her pets arrived at the pound DEAD. Chief Sheppard says that officers left the dogs in a truck, knowing that the air conditioning was not working on a 94-degree day! Dogs were left in the truck with no A/C for 70 minutes!
