Student Democrats Organize for Dean Campaign

The Student Wing of the Democratic Party calls for Howard Dean to represent America’s youth next November. Impressed with the Governor’s health care successes in Vermont and his plainspoken Democratic agenda, students throughout the nation are embracing the doctor’s campaign. <!--break--> At 175 colleges from Iowa to New Hampshire and Massachusetts to Missouri, backers have established chapters of www.StudentsforDean.org. Although school is now out, the doctor remains in. Of the 175 campus groups supporting Dean’s campaign, 15 were established in the past two weeks. Throughout the summer, members will remain active Dean volunteers, attending state Democratic conventions and MeetUps and rallying support for the Governor’s cause. As students return home to friends and family, we’ll take Dean’s inspirational message from our campuses to our communities.
