What: Rally & press conference held by C.A.P.B.M. President--Theodore “Teddy” Loria who is demanding that the U.S. Attorney’s Office hold accountable and bring federal charges against R.P.D. officers Rob Osipovitch & Ryan Hartley regarding the release of a video-tape which exposes and confirms both said officers lied in their police reports and also committed perjury in front of the grand jury in addition to racial profiling of Jermie Barideaux by shining the police cars’ spot-light on his vehicle while stopped at the intersection prior to being stopped.
