Former Rochester and Greece Police Officer Nicholas Joseph Found Guilty! <!--break--> On Monday March , 2009 Former Rochester Police Officer and Greece Police Seargent Nicholas Joseph was found guilty by Supreme Court Justice Francis A. Affronti. I have writren about Nicholas Joseph before, because I actually know him pretty good. In 1997 I sued him and his brother David Joseph, also a Seargent with The Rochester Police Department for violating my Civil Rights. I was awarded a unanimous verdict by a Federal Court jury in 1998. And on Monday March , 2009 I sat in Justice Affronti's courtroom, like I had during Joseph's trial, and I was there to see the look on Nicholas Joseph's face as Justice Affronti, read aloud the word "GUILTY" after each and every count on the indictment. I knew Nicholas Joseph was a dirty cop in 1997, and more than 10 years later I was there to see him be convicted of the hit and run that sent a young pregnant woman into premature labor on 390 in Greece. Nick Joseph was high on cocaine and alcohol and fled the scene like the coward that he is. And now with him having hi8m been convicted, and the Monroe County District Attorney's Office launching an investigation into the Greece Police Department, I hope they uncover more corruption starting with Greece Ploce Chief Merrit Rahn.
