"We Will Not Be Silent" wins

In a victory for civil rights and freedom of speech, TSA officials and Jet Blue agreed to settle discrimination charges by paying Raed Jarrar $240,000.
In 2006, Raed Jarrar was discriminated against by TSA officials and Jet Blue at JFK airport based on his ethnicity and his wearing of a shirt that read "WE Will Not Be Silent" in English and Arabic. Raed was prevented from boarding his plane until he agreed to cover up the shirt with another shirt that Jet Blue purchased for him and then was forced to change his seat from the front to the back of the plane. It's nice to see that justice wins on occasion.
