Rochester's Davy V. an independent Video Producer/ Filmmaker and Video Vigilante known for his work exposing Police Brutality right here in Rochester, will be featured in The Insider Magazines' Jan. 16th issue. The Insider is free and available at over 800 locations throughout Rochester and Monroe County. Davy V. has produced two Award Winning videos on the Rochester Police Department. "R.P.D. EXPOSED" in 2001 and "R.P.D.: Badges of Dishonor, Corruption and Murder!" in 2002. In 2004 Davy V. was arrested and charged with harrassment by Rochester Police Officer Thomas Rodriguez for exposing Rodriguez in a video showing him brutalizing an innocent man.
