About the film:
"Earthlings" is a documentary about humanity's absolute
dependence on animals (for pets, food, clothing, entertainment,
and scientific research) that illustrates our disrespect for
these so-called "non-human providers." The film is narrated by
Academy Award nominee Joaquin Phoenix (Gladiator) and features
music by the critically acclaimed platinum artist Moby.
Phoenix describes the film this way: "Of all the films I have
ever made, this is the one that gets people talking the most.
For every one person who sees Earthlings, they will tell three."
