Please join us for a stimulating conversation on Women's Empowerment at St. John Fisher College!
Three speakers representing different groups and approaches will talk briefly about what they do. The groups are very different, and the discussion promises to be most interesting!
The speakers will be:
Elaine Johnson representing the Rochester Raging Grannies,
Alberta Roesser, president of the Rochester chapter of the National Organization for Women (NOW), and
Linda Heron Wind, president of Circle, Inc.(Community of Individuals Re-visioning and Celebrating Life on Earth).
Time: 11:45 to 12:45
Date: Friday, March 30th
Place: St. John Fisher College, 3690 East Avenue (north of Pittsford on Route 96).
Held in the "COP Conference Room" on the second floor of the Campus Center. Park in Lot A or B near the East Avenue entrance. Walk north into the campus along the left side of Kearney Hall (with the steeple). The order of buildings is Kearney, then Lavery Library, then the Campus Center. This is a little bit of a walk from the parking lot.
You are welcome to bring a brown bag lunch. Coffee and tea will be served.
