Will there be Justice for Palestinian Villagers being Terrorized by Israeli Settlers

Palestinian Herders and farmers living in the hills of Southern Hebron in an area known as Masafir Yata has been terrorized and attacked by Israeli settlers for years. They live a very modest existence. Some living in tents and caves. The settlers in cooperation with the army and civil administration have been trying to force them to leave the area. On January 29, 2007 an appeal by the Palestinian villagers of this area will be heard by the Israeli high court. It has been before the court since 2001. Combatant for Peace ask that the high court and the Israeli leadership demand that the Palestinian inhabitants be allowed to remain in their homes and that the Israeli settlers who continue to terrorize and attack them be brought to trial.
Combatants for Peace is made up of former soldiers who served in the Israeli Defense Forces and Palestinians who engaged in violence for the goal of Palestinian Liberation.
