A friend of mine, digger, sent me a call out for submissions to an alternative/radical paper in St. Louis titled Confluence.
It's a pretty good paper and you can go to the website here.

Here's the note I got:
We are planning the next issue of Confluence (due out in late Jan/early Feb) and we are focussing on police, police violence and its effects, alternatives to "police".
If you or anyone you know would like to submit photos, stories, investigative reports, artwork on police violence and misconduct in Chicago, you should contact me at this e-mail address or by phone: 314.771.8576
We are looking at a deadline of Jan 21, but that date is flexible—we rarely publish on time! Besides the St. Louis IMC, you can check out Confluence online:
