Starting at 1pm on Saturday, December 16th
Featuring:
Hernan Escalante, Rochester Safe Start Outreach
Coordinator, will be talking about the effects
witnessing street violence or domestic has on kids,
how we can help children exposed to violence and
community resources available in the community.
Members of the Rochester Police Department, will be
present to discuss recent RPD initiatives and to
answer questions and address concerns from the general
public. You are encouraged to bring down addressess
of houses where controlled substances are used or
locations where crimes are being committed; bring any
documentation that you have for police to take care of
these matters.
Glenn Williams, a retired City School Teacher, former
chairperson of Community School Council and community
activist will start off the event through addressing
the public.
