Disruptor" Terrorism...

This latest edict by Emperor George II has got me shaking in my moccasins...
BUSHINGTON, D.C.(Dominion of Cheney) -- Emperor George II has just made it "official" -- using a "hidden" clause from the Patriot Act, Bush has given a new name to "domestic terrorists."
With this provision of the Patriot Act, the Homeland (In)Security Department, and its puppet agencies, such the Secret Service have the authority to charge the American public with the "crime" of "disrupting major events including political conventions and the Olympics."
All federal, state, and local authorities have the authority to arrest and charge "disruptors" with protesting against Bush or his cabal, for "breaching the security" of restricted areas that are or will be used by George II and/or Court.
A new euphenism for "domestic terrorists."
These "disruptors", according to the White House, include any U.S. citizen who criticizes Bush in any manner, with a banner, placard, tee shirt, etc., or those individuals representing anti- war, environmental, anti-draft, civil rights groups, and so on.
The White House also defines any individual who bursts Bush's ballon by criticizing his policies and/or heckling Bush while he is giving an interview or speaking at a press conference.
The White House declares "disruptive behaviour" to be a major felony. Scott McClellan, using an Oxford dictionary, points out that the word "disruptive" is defined as public insubordination, disorder or civil unrest.
"Disruptive behaviour is a way the American people create terror by interfering with the peace and stability of the social order of the nation" said McClellan, "and these "disruptors" intimidate the authorities and other community members by using crude, loud, obnoxious comments, filthy language and violence."
The American people are familiar with previous methods used by the Bush administration to quash public dissent, and what they can expect from the authorities in the future.
Since September 11, 2001 the U.S. government has outlined its guidelines and policies concerning "disruptors" -- and anyone the administration designated as "disruptors" were summarily ejected from events attended by Bush and/or cabal.
As George II began his war against "domestic terrorists", these so-called disruptors were removed from campaign rallies attended by Bush by the police and escorted to a designated protest area -- usually 1/2 to 1 mile away. After Bush's first selection by the Supreme Court, these "not-with-me 'terrorists' "
were also banned from attending Dubya's tour-the-nation victory events.
Any "disruptor" attempting to protest Bush's policies such as social security and medicare in his sight were arrested and charged by the police. Any people displaying anti-Bush bumper stickers on their cars or wearing anti-Bush tee shirts at these public events were removed by law enforcement officials and
questioned concerning their lack of obedience to and support of the state. Scott McClellan defended the White House policy of evicting "disruptors" from all Bush events. "When we see people coming to these events" McClellan said, "with the purpose of disrupting them, they will be made to leave."
The White House has the names of many, many American citizens in their computer files whom they have designated and blacklisted as having the potential of being a "disruptor."
The Bush administration also keeps files on all people they have designated as "known disruptors", who engage in full-scale "disruptive behaviour" at scheduled Bush events.
Emperor George II and Court have declared that the American people are "enemy combatants" in the global "war on terror."
All U.S. government administrations have spied on the public, from George Washington to George Bush, with the means and methods available at the time. (All Western governments are guilty of spying on its citizenry). With the development of the computer in the 1930's, the U.S. government and military began electronic eavesdropping on the public. As technologic progress was achieved in the 1940's and into the following decades, the OSS (predecessor to the CIA) kept tabs on the public, in the 1950's the government and the FBI, under J. Edgar Hoover kept files on people -- such as those designated to be communists, or those who protested the Korean conflict.
In the 1960's and early 1970's, the U.S. government and military maintained surveillance on anti-Vietnam War protestors, Martin Luther King, the Black Panthers, AIM, civil rights activists, and other dissidents.
From Lyndon Johnson to Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, George I, Bill Clinton, to George II, they all had their reasons for and methods of spying on the American public.
The policy of nationwide spying on people was initiated by William Jefferson Clinton, and inherited by George Walker Bush, who not only increased the level of surveillance against "domestic terrorists", but used murder against those who criticized his policies, like J.H. Hatfield, or of the several journalists who were fortunate enough to shoot themselves twice in the head while committing "suicide."
With his second ascension to the throne, George II accelerated the program of total surveillance of the public -- against individual "disruptors and disruptor organizations." Bush ordered the Department of Homeland Security, and its puppet agencies, like the FBI, NSA, and the CIA to conduct thorough surveillance: electronic monitoring of emails, websites -- total monitoring
through video cameras, opening mail, using FTD or Pizza Vans (with parabolic mikes) to monitor the conversations and phone calls of "disruptors" in their homes, and so on.
With the U.S. governments supercomputers and massive database, the NSA and other federal agencies gathered huge amounts of intelligence against all critics of the Bush administration -- Greenpeace and other "eco-terrorists",
Cindy Sheehan, anti-war protestors, civil right organizations, among others.
"The NSA and other national security agencies, like the FBI, Secret Service have no intention whatsoever of monitoring the activities of "disruptors" said Scott McClellan, "and its surveillance and intelligence gathering is only meant to prevent criminal terrorists from engaging in full-scale disruptive behaviour at the president's speaking engagements. It is not to prevent the
right of free speech by the American people."
The Justice Department issued subpoenas to "potential disruptors" and "known disruptors", ordering them to appear before grand juries to explain their criticism of Bush and why they participated in "disruptive convention protests." Federal law enforcement officials even went so far as to bring
indictments against the Greenpeace organization for terrorist activities, and presented evidence of Internet messages made by Bush's critics, which was found to be "annoying" to the Bush administration. The federal judge called the Justice Department's claims ludicrous and threw the case out of court.
The Patriot Acts, which were actually enacted before 9/11, and touted by the White House to protect the American people from "al Qeada and other terrorists", also contain provisions that designate all American citizens as "domestic terrorists" or as "disruptors" -- and their criminal activities in engaging in disruptive behaviour at Bush attended events.
The Bush administration is using its legal authority to arrest, charge, and hold in jail indefinitely all American citizens who are brazen enough to burst Bush's ego bubble by being "disruptors", exhibiting disruptive behavior, and engaging in disruptive activities that is deemed to be detrimental and
annoying to George II and court
