Come out and ride yer bicycles or other slow moving-non-powered vehicles for November Critical Mass!
A feel good way to burn off some of the food from Thanksgiving, ride your bicycle on the streets of Downtown Rochester, and contibute to the environment through the use of non-oil powered gas guzzling cars.
Be sure to bundle up (layer yerselves)! The energy your body produces will keep you warm. If you get too hot remove a layer. Don't forget hats, gloves, and scarves! Bring a thermis of hot coco or coffee!
Critical Mass is an event that happens on the last friday of every month. It is open to all ages and abilities. The mass moves around 10-15 mph, which in bicycle terms, is a crawl.
Location:
Meet at the U of R clocktower at 5:30 pm or meet at the Liberty Pole at east and main downtown at 6 pm. People from U of R will converge with people at the Liberty Pole.
Cost: FREE!
