Rochester Cannabis Coalition (RCC) is dedicated to public education regarding marijuana and prohibition facts and issues. We actively lobby to legalize medical marijuana and decriminalize marijuana in Monroe county and New York state.

NORML/Rochester Cannabis Coalition

Rochester Cannabis Coalition is seeking for more dedicated activists to achieve the two goals in changing the local cannabis laws.

1) To legalize medical marijuana in the state of New York.
    
We want to have the Rochester City Councils approve the use of medical marijuana.

2) To have a sensible marijuana ordinance and approve an initiative  to make the possession of small amounts of marijuana law enforcement's lowest priority in Rochester, New York.

The residents of Rochester will instruct town
marshals, the local law enforcement, to make the investigation, arrest,
and prosecution of marijuana possession their lowest priority. The
proposal applies only to the possession of  2 ounces or less of
marijuana by people 18 or older.
