The Bill of Rights Defense Committee of Monroe County has issued a Petition asking local governments and candidates to pass Resolutions objecting to the USA Patriot Act and to call for a restoration of civil liberties in America. The Petition may be signed by persons living or working in Monroe County. The BORDC is also seeking the endorsement of groups, organizations, churches and businesses in the Rochester area.
