From immemorial time IBM knew to adapt to the economic situations in the name of the benefit and of the shareholders.

 


IBM ardently supported the major objective of the Nazi Germany of the Thirties with knowing, the war against the Jewish people and the other undesirable peoples. For this purpose, it was going to engage in a remarkable technological development over several years, in phase with progress of the systems and at the rhythm of the multiplication of the recording campaigns and the tightening of the vice around the Jews. The III rd Reich just started to emphasize the “final solutions” of Dehomag/IBM. The paddle of the era of information marked the twilight of humanity. IBM made fortune. “December 1933 had been best December of the history of the Company” announced Watson with his shareholders at the beginning of 1934. It added that January 1934 was also the best of the history of the Co and that IBMD had recorded in February 1934 of the benefit higher of 103.000 dollars than those of the previous year. Watson, proud with these results, was decorated with two swastika  by Hjalmar Schacht, president of Reichsbank. In January 1942, the incomes were again particularly impressive, since they amounted to 5 thousands dollars, the double of the previous year. 2 million dollars had been poured “by the German army for the hiring of requisitioned machines IBM” (report addressed to Watson at  the beginning of 1943, more than one year after the entry in war of the
United States).

 

The demand ? the only one that the direction listens, that of the shareholders: more profits.

 

In 2005, and always in
Europe, IBM preserves its same practices unworthy and inhuman, how could one then conceive that it is able of the least respect with respect to its own workers? The report of IBM is simple “old Europe does not have a growth rate of 1%, whereas Eastern Europe has a growth rate higher than 5% and Asia a growth rate to two digits”.

 

The solution to saw the branches, to prune, slice in the sharp one, to eliminate, purify.

 

Today old
Europe and west countries live in peace. Sweat, blood and tears do not make any more audience. To recover a growth with two digits, the worthy successors of the dark chairman carrying the honor of the Nazis order to delocalize in the countries where the dictatorships maintain the tears sweat and blood, in
China, for example, where the human life is denied, action IBM will multiply with the centuple its value. The Eastern European countries, still impressed Stalinist repression, promise also proud benefit. The solution to saw the branches, to prune, slice in the sharp one, to eliminate, purify. With the play of the lying poker of announced objectives IBM lost, whereas the employees of IBM gave best themselves, they could not reach the whimsical figures announced by the financial ones of IBM to the shareholders. The sanctions fall automatically, not on the financial ones or the shareholders… In spite of a posted and acknowledged growth, accredited by trade unions collaborationnists, direction IBM France, in spite of the 3 billions euros (4 billions dollars)  of benefit in 2004, launched a vast operation of destruction of employment initially. Other plannings will follow in the short run. Then, to respect its cynical tradition, it sorts, it analyzes, it classifies, it categorizes, it indexes. Initially they are the old people who should be eliminated not to fail in the old practices of the eugenism, then It will be the not married people, the very rare unsubmissive people, the part-time women, preferably only with children, and the inert mass of the profiteurs and the undecided ones. Then, it will prune the “unproductive” branches, that of Lenovo, inter alia, which was sold with Chinese Yuanqing Yang and who in
France remains definitively unproductive. The elimination of hundreds of employees is programmed by a schizophrenic direction, the crushing machine is launched for new disasters.

 

ACTION !!!

 

IBM, May 23: international day of action against the dismissals and the delocalizations suiting the project of the Company removing 13.000 employment, in particular in Europe, the trade unions and staff representatives of different country including the US ones join the national day of action of May 23 which becomes thus an international day of action against the dismissals at IBM. Why this dash of international solidarity? Because, in the whole world, all the employees of IBM know that the 13.000 dismissals are unjustified, inoperative and unworthy. In front of the gravity of the decisions taken by the direction of IBM, they are all the interdependent employees of IBM, and not only the staff representatives, who must act.
