Dear Congressman Gonzalez,
I request that your office kindly contact the USPS, Chief Postal Inspector, and advise him/her that repeated violations of the FOIA are not acceptable. For several years I have requested a copy of the report of USPI Trey Knipfing, dated on or about April 30, 2013, concerning me; the USPI and the USPS have repeatedly refused to respond according to the law. Indeed the USPI denies my reports of theft of my mail for the past 30 years, and now the USPI fraudulently opens a criminal investigation of me at the direction of the fbi (See my sworn affidavits dated 2007 and 2014 at http://www.sosbeevfbi.com/affidavit2007.html ). That investigation hangs over me for 4 years.
Note that when the USPI came to my home to threaten me and my wife in my home and in my face, Inspector Knipfing asked me where I have traveled, if any, in the past (referring to a postal crime committed in Dallas, Texas, where my name was planted at the scene). The fbi has had me under their blanket surveillance for 30 years and the fbi knows full well where I am all the time with their electronic and physical surveillance ongoing illegally this minute, even as the fbi tortures and tries to kill me discreetly. The links below offer more data on topic.
The above referenced letters from USPS provide no information responsive to my FOIA repeated requests; and the referenced link to a letter from USPS shows that the USPI, Ft. Worth, Texas, and other locations, dismiss my claims as not credible.
Finally, the USPI Knipfing knows about the crimes committed against me by the fbi and by the USPI, but he continues his charade of criminally investigating me; he covers up all such offenses that I outline in my sworn affidavits; his sidekick in their investigative junket around Texas is Texas DPS Agent Conrad Rodriguez who puts on quite a show of his “profiling Skills”. The two cops evidence in their offenses the police state USA, orchestrated by the fbi.
This letter is sent to USPI for informational purposes. A copy of my driver license is enclosed; the USPI already has a copy of my Social Security card and my driver license. A copy of this letter is also sent without enclosure to Congressman Gonzalez via email and via US mail with enclosure.
