A police state USA , unfettered by moral / legal constraints

The high tech electronic weaponry available to the fbi/cia at once empowers and enables the fbi and company to 'get away with' torture, forced suicide and murder perpetrated invisibly on a wide variety of their Targets/Victims. The fbi and their associates are on a stealth &amp; &nbsp;global crime spree unprecedented in human affairs.
