This case was argued before the SCOTUS in December 2015 and will likely be decided this-coming June. This case will determine how far universities can go in factoring race into admission decisions and could affect the future of affirmative action in colleges and universities.

We will be presenting both sides of the case, featuring the following experts:

Hon. Peter Kirsanow, U.S. Commission on Civil Rights
