ROC Says "No" to hate and intolerance and "Yes" to refugees

A crowd of well over a hundred in Rochester, NY showed up to protest Representative Louise Slaughter's "yes" vote on the SAFE Act. The SAFE Act, would increase barriers for refugees from Syria and Iraq wanting to come to the US to escape war, destruction and possible death. Protesters held signs saying "Refugees welcome in Rochester" and "Choose compassion, not fear".
