About 200 people attended a lively demonstration against Bush's plans for War against Iraq Thursday evening at the Downtown Rochester Federal Building. The protest was called by a network of local community groups that are concerned about the Bush administration’s threats of more War. The demonstration was characterized by passionate dissent against Bush's drive towards war in Iraq. Participants marched the full block in front of the federal building with banners demanding an end US Aggression. One protester described her participation in the event: “it feels good to join others in saying no to this Insanity, especially after the hypocrisy of Bush’s speech to the UN this morning
