Most reports back from the PPU outreach groups say that the County Leg is not doing its part of the measly plan it originally put foward.
I've talked with several PPU outreach folks, and it sounds like the County is not even living up to its inadequate promise of temporary emergency shelter? Can someone post the details of this?
