The RAND corp came out of WWII's military industrial complex.
I think they had a role in NAFTA? Now they're setting our
healthcare agendas. They're saying what we have in Rochester
is some kind of model for others to follow. Do you have
healthcare? I don't. Seems like they're consolodating,
automating, and downsizing. Seems like with all this
technology we should be able to have healthcare for poor
people. I wonder who benifits from all this technology.
