Recent budget cuts spearheaded by republicans such as Bill Smith have forced the Rochester police department to all but disband.
When asked for comment Mattick stated "Community safety is no longer a priority compared to homeland security. Plus the boys down at the station say I look sexy in the red barrette. I quit to overcome my homophobia. Now I work directly for corporate America lets cut out the big government."
