Presenting of the Occupy Rochester Stop Mass Incarceration Working Group:

 

Reform of the Current Police Oversight Process is coming to a head.  The time is come for long fought for civilian oversight of the police.  Core questions for discussion are:

  • What is the Current Process?
  • What is are the Best Practices Civilian Oversight?
  • What are we in Rochester in Process of Reform?
  • How do we achieve significant reform?
