Local Theatre Group need help for upcoming gay/lesbian theatre fest.

Bread & Water Theatre is looking for a performance space for an upcoming G/L/B/T theatre festival.
Bread & Water Theatre is relaunching The Rainbow Theater Festival a series of shows devoted to Gay/Lesbian/Bi-sexual/Transgender themes.
Because of the subject matter of this festival it has been difficult to secure a performance space for the anticipated late January performance dates.
What BWT is looking for is an empty space (theatre or otherwise) that can accomodate an audience of 50-80 people with appropriate facilities (rest rooms, disabled access, etc.) to accomodate them.
