Ferrigno with regards to the investigation looking at the allegation against officers of force/procedure in the case of Benny Warr. It is dated June 13, 2013.</p><p>One memorable quote from the transcript:</p><blockquote><p>[A.] And then across the street where we dealt with Mr. Warr, you know, there was ten plus people out there. There was large groups out there, shooting dice, playing chess. Basically, drinking. So there was a lot of people out there.</p><p>Q. You mentioned that Mr. Warr was with a few people. What were your general observations is relation to Mr. Warr or who he was with, or what he was doing?</p><p>A. Mr. Warr was just, I mean, he was pretty much just sitting on the corner there with a bunch of other groups, a bunch of other males. And he was yelling into traffic. He was participating in, you know, the vice activity down there with those guys.</p><p>He served no purpose to just be seated there on the sidewalk, other than being, probably be a nuisance.</p><p>Q. Now, you said that you had previous knowledge of Mr. Warr's associations with other criminals or involved in vice activity.</p><p>Have you had previous interactions with him?</p><p>A.
