Proceeds benefit the Pen ak Pwason Catholic Worker Food Program for the Elderly and Friends of Borgne’s educational projects in Haiti.
The food program especially is in desperate need of funding--it will shut down in March without further aid! They currently feed 50 elderly and disabled people twice a week using locally grown food and provide laundry soap.
We'll have fun for kids of all ages with carnival games provided by County Wide Rentals, LLC and spaghetti and meatballs and a salad on the side. I'll get some gluten free pasta too!
