Stories of Survival and Resistance with Cheri Honkala, National Organizer of the Poor People’s Economic Human Rights Campaign spoke at Redeeming Word Christian Center in Rochester, NY on November 19, 2014. Ryan Acuff (House of Mercy, Sanctuary Village, & Take Back The Land Rochester), Margy Meath (Social Worker & Housing First), & Colin O'Malley (Metro Justice), sat on a panel moderated by Nicholas Coulter. The panel discussed what is needed to ensure housing as a human right for everyone in our community.
