On of my favorite garage bands, Routine Involvements, have released a new music video for “UFO”, off their latest EP, Future Days. The clip, directed by Michael Schifino and produced by Ciera Carhart, was filmed in the spring of 2014 by Aaron Gordon and Optic Sky Productions. The video merges the talent of Atom Mac and Ben Corey, actor Jeff Moon, and dancers of the Rochester City Ballet on-screen, with handpicked members of the Rochester video production industry off-screen.

“We’ve known Mike before we were a band and he has always told us we should make a video.” saidCorey. “So we finally said yes and got to work. We knew he edited but we didn’t know what a good editor he was. Schifino, who has been in the Rochester video industry for over five years, collaborated with Corey on the script. The video features “The Stranger” as he listens to the ethereal sounds that pull at his curiosity like the disembodied hands on his face. The track gradually transforms with a jolt of guitar and crash of the drums as he delves deeper until six dancers trap him with no way out.
