The rally was called for Blaqsha Shakur Mandela who shot the video of Sgt. Aaron Colletti brutalizing Clem Long Jr. on his front porch. It is supported by B.L.A.C.K. (Building Leadership And Community Knowledge) and Enough Is Enough.
