Rally! Demand Parole for Black Panther Cointelpro Prisoner Jalil Muntaqim

On Thursday June 12, 2014 at 3:00 p.m., we will gather at the corner of
South Ave and Byron St (near St. Joseph's House of Hospitality) in order to
walk across the street to the Rochester regional parole office to deliver
petitions and a statement demanding parole for Jalil Muntaqim. Jalil has
been in the prison system for 43 years. He is a member of the Black Panther
Party and was framed as part of the FBI Cointelpro campaign in the early
1970s. He is currently at Attica Correctional Facility and his 8th parole
hearing will take place in mid-June. There will be rallies across the state
at parole offices for Muntaqim. For background information, check out
