June 9, 2009—Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) voiced his support for suit manufacturing workers at a labor rally organized by Workers United at Hickey-Freeman.

Sen. Chuck Schumer will be in Rochester Monday at 11:30 to rally to preserve local jobs, according to reports in the Rcohester Democrat and Chronicle. Hickey Freeman is on the corner of Clinton Ave. and Ave. D.

The bourgeois economists themselves admit it: they do not know what the causes of the crisis are – satisfying themselves by blaming the greed of the bankers or excessive financial deregulation – and they do not know when it will end and give way to the long-awaited “economic recovery”. The current crisis is the crisis of the capitalist mode of production, incapable of stopping itself, forced to produce always more commodities, at a certain point it comes up against the limits of the market.
