“Ecuador Turns to the Leftâ€
The public is invited to a audio-visual presentation, with discussion, about recent events in Ecuador and their relation to ourselves and our neighbors in the Americas. It will take place on Wednesday, January 7th, at 7 PM, at the Downtown Presbyterian Church, 121 N. Fitzhugh Street. The presenter, Vic Vinkey, has traveled to Ecuador and witnessed the rise of the indigenous peoples and the foundation of the power of President Rafael Correa. The many recent problems and contradictions will be presented and discussed.
The Downtown Presbyterian Church, at 121 N. Fitzhugh St. in Rochester is wheelchair-accessible and looped for those with hearing loss. Free parking across the street in the City Hall lot. The meeting is free and the public is welcome
