Charlie Hardy has lived in Caracas, Venezuela for the past 21 years. The first eight of which he lived in one of the Barrios in the Hills surrounding the city. His insights into poverty, power and the immense popularity of the Bolivarian Revolution will help listeners get a sense of what is going on in Venezuela today.
