The Green Party of Monroe County announced today that it has set up an online blog in order to better communicate with its constituency. The address of the blog is:
Individual members of the Steering Committee will be posting editorials, opinions, news stories, accounts of events, announcemnts of future events and more. The blog allows comments from readers therefore any member of the coummunity can respond and engage in dialogue on topics germane to the Greens' Ten Key Values. This will not be a replacement for the local Greens' website at www.gpomc.org. That will coninue to be a valuable resource for the progressive community.
Currently, there are posts about upcoming changes in our voting machines, proposed lead poisoning legilation, an announcement of the next edition of GreenLine and more.Â
