Charles Kellum of Poor People United will be the guest speaker at the Green Party of Monroe County's monthly meeting on Monday, March 14th at 7pm at 179 Atlantic Avenue.  Charles is an expert on poverty and homelessness in the Rochester area.  He will be discussing the current state of affairs in Rochester, what we can do to influence our local government to meet the needs of the poor in our community and the latest on PPU's hypothermia bus.
