Rochester City School Board policy on military recruiters' access to student information - proof of failure!

EMERGENCY MEETING SUNDAY NOV 1 -- 6PM FLYING SQUIRREL , 285 Clarissa Street

As predicted, the new policy for military recruiters' access to student data has resulted in violations of our student's privacy rights and opened the door for predatory recruiting of our community's youth on a massive new scale. I was just informed of details by a D&C education reporter that are a sickening blow for our community.

Is there room to go back to the School Board with proof of failed policy?

What are the bases for legal challenges?

Can we recover something good out of the situation by building resistance to militarism?
