R-SDS Students En Route to NYU Occupation

Members of Rochester SDS (Students for a Democratic Society)are on their way to NYC to join the student occupation of Kimmel Center at NY University. More info, pics, streaming video at takebacknyu.com/
Students at New York University yesterday locked-down in a building (Kimmel Center) on campus, and issued a list of demands to the University's administration (read at takebacknyu.com/).

A local member of Rochester SDS (Students for a Democratic Society), an organization of college, graduate, and high school students in the Rochester region, Reported that NYU students named the recent SDS occupation of a building at the U of R in their intial statement.

A contingent of Rochester SDS students are now on their way to NYC/NYU to stand in solidarity with the students locked-down there.
