Not Guilty Plea For 3 Activists

This afternoon a group of people gathered outside of Fairport Court House to support the 3 activists arrested outside of Congressman Randy Kuhls office on August 6, 2007. The 3 activists entered pleas of not guilty and were told to come back on October 18, 2007 at 4:30 PM.
My camera was not returned. After court we went to the police station and asked why they were still holding my camera and if they made it a regular practice to wrongfully confiscate peoples property . The officer told us that we would have to wait until the chief got back to get an answer to that question.
