Also receiving the same e-mails. Sent e-mail to www.moe.gov.ae/English/Pages/MOE_Org_Chart.aspx to "Ask the Minister" at the site that's clearly the UAE Ministry of Education. Awaiting reply. Will post response ASAP.

thank you so much for the post,i was planning to loan money/borrow so i can send to the immigration, its only now that i was able to think that its really a scam. the letters/emailed is the same as they sent me, only the names are diffrent.
